Painted Post - Patsy A. Fredericksen, 89, formerly of Geneva, NY, went to be with the lord on June 3, 2022. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Wed. (June 8), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva, NY. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Kindly consider a memorial contribution to a Veteran's organization of your choice. Patsy was born in Detroit, Michigan, on January 17, 1933 the daughter of Ralph and Mildred Penfield Gillette. She married Harold Fredericksen in 1953, and spent most of her life in Geneva and Waterloo. Patsy was a stay at home mom most of her life. She enjoyed crafting, camping, bowling, and she volunteered with several veterans' organizations. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. Post 2670, and former Auxiliary President, District President and Treasurer. Patsy was a member of the Waterloo Methodist Church. Patsy is survived by her son, Bruce (Janet) Fredericksen of Cape Coral, Florida, daughter Sharon (Randy) Pinault of Lindley, NY, four grandchildren, Joshua (Kayla) Pinault, Andrew (Jennifer) Pinault, Abigail Pinault, Kayla Fredericksen; two great-grandchildren, Jenson Pinault, Aria Pinault; and several nieces and nephews. Patsy was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Harold, on December 11, 2006, brothers, George Gillette, Ralph Gillette, Dale Gillette, and sisters, Cora Neighbor and Carolyn Fredericksen.
