Kate Milton was not only a sister to me at our church (My. Calvary COGIC), but she also was like my older sister in love. We did not talk every day, but when we did, we never ended any of conversations without a good laugh, encouraging words or saying “Love you”. We often would go to visit my son’s church and home as she had a very special love for his family.
The most remarkable thing that I remember about my Sis. Kate was how she brought her family to church when they were young and instilled the church in them, and I have even heard about her teaching her grands and great grands about God and heaven! These will be lessons and teachings that they will carry for the rest of their lives.
It is also noteworthy of saying how dedicated and caring her children were and are continuing to care for their parents. Her and Bro. Milton’s children have totally been there for their parents in the most loving way. May God continue to bless and keep them for the outstanding work they have done for their parents.
