I'm so very sorry for the loss of your father. I remember when he opened the restaurant. I was the waitress. He was so excited and so nervous at the same time.Then so happy when people started coming in. It was a pleasure to work for him. Not only did I get to know his Grizzliy bear side I also got to know the big teddy bear side. May all your memories live forever in your hearts.

Mike was a great guy, we had coffee together, he would tell many stories about when he was on the police department and we laughed alot, Mike, you will be missed, RIP

My sincere condolences to Mike's family. Worked among many of Mike's cohorts during 78-81 at the Depot. So very sad to hear of Mike's passing...my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time of year.

Deer family of Mike I am so very sorry for your loss he was a wonderful man when I was neighbors with Mike and the family on Williams Street East in Waterloo I remember the time that it was snowing so bad you couldn't see in front of your face and they hadn't closed school yet and he sent his son out to tell me hey they closed school let me walk you home so he brought me back sorry I'm not using punctuations I'm using speech I also remember himhanging out at the VFW while my grandfather bartended and I remember having great dinners at the restaurant when it was open I hope this finds all of you well may he be forever remembered and know he loved you all
